How do I get an Epic smartset?
Using the smartlist interface, users can create their own smartlists by using the search bar at the upper right corner of their screen to jump straight to a smartlist or by navigating to the smartlists by using the main menu.
How can I delete erroneous encounters in Epic?
- Open the encounter by removing the basket.
- Click on the SmartSets activity that is in the Plan activity.
- Type “error” in the Add Smartsets field.
- The Erroneous encounter SmartSet will then start to populate. Then, click on the Open Smartsets button. To preview the SmartSet, click on the paper icon and hold it with the magnifying glass.
- A person who is responsible for an erroneous encounter must ensure that all necessary orders and documentation are placed in all required fields.
- Some sections that occur during the encounter.
- Then click on the Sign button to sign these orders.
- Clicking on Close encounter allows you to close this encounter.
In the event that someone enters the incorrect information during an encounter, it is important that you first delete all the information.
- Open the notes panel, and click on the X at the bottom of the window to delete the note that is incorrect.
- Click on the Yes button in the pop-up window to confirm that the file will be deleted.
- Click on SmartSets in the Navigator to go to where they are.
- Type Error in the Add SmartSets field and press Enter to save that setup.
- This is the smartset that the erroneous encounters will resemble. Click on Open Smartsets.

- Click on the blue summary sentence to edit the order details. Here you can change the frequency and number of orders refills.
- You can click Accept when you are satisfied with the details of your order.
- When you finish this order, add it to your list by clicking on the star icon.
