Is it possible to freeze a membership to the Cyclebar?
It is possible to cancel your service subscription at any time. If you do that, you will still have access to the service during the remainder of your billing period. As a result, they do not give refunds or credit for partial subscriptions or for unwatched content. You are permitted to cancel your subscription at the place where you purchased it.
As per the website, you are permitted to cancel the reservation up to 12 hours prior to the start of the ride. By cancelling a late reservation, you will be charged $10 and by no-show you will be charged for the loss of the ride credit or for unlimited members, you will be charged $15.
It is necessary for the provider to continue charging your Payment Method for your subscription fee until you submit a cancellation request and receive a cancellation confirmation email.
