IOS 13 and IOS 6 have just released a new version of the app that adds cycle tracking to the Health app. With the app, you can record your monthly menstrual cycle, all the symptoms that you experience, and any other data that you want to keep track of in order to plan a future family, or not plan to start one. One of the apps that people use is the health app. You can set up this device, and begin recording your monthly cycle data. The things that you see in the app are synced to your Apple Watch, so you are notified about your next period or fertility days, and you can log your periods, symptoms and more.

So that you can get started tracking your cycle, just add a few details to the health app.
- Start using the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the Browse tab.
- On your cycle, select the type of tracking.
- Tap on the Optional menu, just above the cycle log.
- Scroll down, tap on the period length, and enter the length of your period.
- Tap on the timer to find out how much time you have between cycles. You can enter this number as an average.
- That is the information that the Health app uses to determine when you are having your periods and to create a fertility calendar.

- Start using the Health app on your iPhone.
- Tap on the Browse tab.
- On your cycle, select the type of tracking.
- Scroll to the bottom of the summary of the cycle tracking, and select View all the items that have been tracked.
- Choose which category log you would like to delete.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and choose Show all data.
- Tap the Edit icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
- Tap on the “remove” button next to the data that you want to remove. It is a red dot, and inside the dot there is a minus symbol.
- Tap on delete.
- Tap finished.
