Before you remove Cinema 4D, make sure that you have an administrator account on your Mac, and turn off Cinema 4D if it is running. If you want to disable an app, right click on its icon in the dock and choose the quit button. If you want to quit Cinema 4D, click on the menu bar and select ‘quit Cinema 4D’.
The Activity Monitor is accessible from the Applications folder.
