How to delete my Twitter account?

1. Visit twitter.com and log in to your account.
   
   
2. Click on More at the left pane and select Settings and privacy.
   
   
3. Click on Deactivate your account.
   
   
4. Click on Deactivate at the bottom.
   
   
5. Now, enter your password and click on Deactivate.
   
   

Note: Your account will get permanently deleted after 30 days of your account deactivation. 

How to delete Twitter account on phone?

1. Open the Twitter app on your phone.
2. Tap on the ≡ icon at the top left corner of your screen.
   
3. Tap on Settings and privacy.
   
4. Tap on Account.
   
5. Select the Deactivate your account option at the bottom.
   
6. Tap on Deactivate at the bottom.
   
7. Type in your password and tap on Deactivate.
   
8. A popup will appear, select YES, DEACTIVATE to confirm.
