Is it possible to create emoji symbols that are unique for everyone in your workspace and the enterprise grid org? As for your own emoji, you can create your own using images that are in the jpg, gif, and png formats. We would suggest square images that are resizeable, that are under 128kb, that are 128x128px, and that have transparent backgrounds.
- When you are on your desktop, click on the smiling face icon in the message field, and that will open the emoji menu.
- Click on the button that says Add Emoji.
- Click on the Upload an image button and select the file that you want to upload.
- On the right side of the screen, under Give it a name, enter the name of the emoji, and then click Save.
You can access your workspace from your desktop, by clicking on the workspace name in the top left.
- Select the workspace you want to customize. If you are the owner of the server or the admin, you must first go to settings & administration.
- To see the Emoji symbols, click on the Emoji tab at the top of this page.
- Go to the emoji that you are going to remove and click on the delete icon.
- Select the Emoji to delete it and verify that it has been removed.
