How To Delete Care.com Account

Care.com is an easy and trusty way to find child care, senior care, housekeeping, tutoring, special needs, and many more. However, it always doesn’t work out, and you might want to delete your care.com account. Here’s how to do it. 

Note: Deleting your account will remove your entire information from the website and its permanent. 

How to delete your Care.com account

You will require a computer to perform your account deletion as you cannot delete your care.com account from the mobile app on both Android/iOS. 

1. Visit care.com and login to your account. 
2. On the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the page, select Account Settings.
3. Scroll down on the page and click on Close Account. 
4. Provide your reason for closing your account. 

You can also choose to close your account at the end of the billing cycle if you are a premium member. 

How to delete Care.com on Android/iOS 

1. Open the Chrome web browser on your Android or iOS device. 
2. Tap on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of your screen. 
3. Enable the Desktop site feature.
4. Now, follow the same steps as given above.
