How to delete your Care.com account
You will require a computer to perform your account deletion as you cannot delete your care.com account from the mobile app on both Android/iOS.
- Visit care.com and login to your account.
- On the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the page, select Account Settings.
- Scroll down on the page and click on Close Account.
- Provide your reason for closing your account.
You can also choose to close your account at the end of the billing cycle if you are a premium member.

- Open the Chrome web browser on your Android or iOS device.
- Tap on the three-dot icon at the top right corner of your screen.
- Enable the Desktop site feature.
