Cancel your Netflix membership using iTunes.

Open the Settings application on your iPad or iPhone.
Tap iTunes & App Store. Click on your Apple ID at the top.

Select View Apple ID from the popup window.
Click on Subscriptions.
There, you’ll see a list of your active subscriptions. Tap on Netflix.

Scroll down to the bottom, and tap Cancel Subscription.
A popup window will appear; click on Confirm.

After canceling your Netflix membership, you can again rejoin it. To do so, restart your Netflix account from your Account page.
