How to remove third-party apps from Apple Watch
You can remove apps on Apple Watch either from your iPhone or within your Apple Watch.
Using iPhone
- Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
- Find the app you want to delete and tap on it.
- Now, turn off the Show App on Apple Watch toggle.
Using Apple Watch
- Tap on the Digital Crown to open the apps screen.
- Look for the app you want to remove.
- Tap and hold on the app.
- Tap the X icon at the top of the app icon.
- Select Delete App to confirm.
How to remove built-in apps from Apple Watch
Since the release of Apple WatchOS6, you can remove some preinstalled apps from your Apple Watch, but you can only perform it within the Apple Watch.
- Press the digital crown to open the app grid.
- Tap and hold on the app until everything wiggles.
- Tap on the X icon at the top corner of the app.
- Choose Delete App to confirm.
